Sometimes, I really thank God for the sweet memories of the past. The older we grow, the deeper those good memories seem to touch us the most. They are like precious treasure, which worth more than silver and gold.
We have to learn to be like a little child. Having a childlike faith, keeping life simple and savvy every precious moment while we are awake. For those memories are like good food, or sweet honey for our soul. Keeping us going strong and optimistic in life. There are moments when we will come across of what I would like to call it the ‘Open Windows Moments’. This is the time when our heart would opens up like a blossoming flower, when time seems to stop and you are floating in eternity, and life becomes real.
Grab hold of these moment, for they don’t come by easily especially in your busy schedule, fulfilling the day-to-day duties. Allow your heart to speak to you and listen to your inner voice to hear what she got to tell you. Write down every though and pondering in your mind.
These moments often comes when life demands it. When you are sick, when you can’t sleep in the middle of the night, when after catching a movie that so touches you, or when you are hanging around with your very good old friend.
So, when was your last ‘open windows moment’?
How have you listen to the whisper of your heart?
How about offering a pray from deep within?
“A joyful heart makes a cheerful face, but when the heart is sad, the spirit is broken.“ – Proverbs 15:13
