The book of Esther in the bible is often being referred to as the ‘hidden face of God’, or the absence of God’s presence in times of calamity. Throughout the whole book of Esther, for not even once the word of God or His name were being made mentioned. Yet, the Jews were being placed in a difficult time of near complete destruction if it’s not for Queen Esther’s prayer, fasting and intervention. However from the Story of Ester (Megillat Esther), we certainly can see God’s sovereignty and His divine guidance being shown clearly throughout the scripture.
As a reminder for each of us, even on a cloudy day and when the sun is out of our sight, but its presence is still ever strong. Even thought it’s there above us and for a moment we do not see it, but by faith we can be assure that the Lord is with us. Sometimes when it seems like we are in our darkest moment, we must have hope that we are not alone. Because we know that the Lord who is faithful, will walk us through.
Hebrew 10:23 “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”
Let us not give up on the hope that we had begun in this journey, but having a faith that cannot be easily entangle.
Hebrew 11:1 “Now faith is being confidence in the things hope for and assurance of what we do not see.
Shalom my friends.
